Design and usability of the application to achieve the best user experience in a complex application that manages very diverse processes, such as workshop reservations, online purchasing or the customer area with invoice management, information on the status of repairs, etc…

Bookly integration

As part of the development Pukka’s implemented the Bookly booking system and integrated it with the website.
This booking system manages all web bookings integrated with the slots of the bike collection system and the workshop.

Integration with Holded

At the same time, the website is integrated with Holdes, automating the ordering and invoicing system, integrating them with the company’s internal management program.
