Many of you reading this article are probably familiar with the term “Boomer”. But for those of you who aren’t, this word was popularized by a Tik Tok meme (OK Boomer) and refers to people born during the baby boom, between 1946 and 1970, although young people use it interchangeably to refer to anyone who is “out of date”, to mark generational distance. The new generations, i.e. your children, must be using this term, referring to you and your entire generation critically or in retaliation against your ideals, which in their view are obsolete and represent everything that needs to be changed.
